Booking Policy

General Agreement

  • By using this service, you agree to these terms.
  • These terms can be changed at any time, though The Mobile Spa will try to notify you of significant changes.
  • You should check these terms regularly.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided once you receive a treatment, except at The Mobile Spa’s discretion.
  • If your provider ends a treatment early due to inappropriate behavior (including inappropriate requests, touching, or perceived threats), no refund will be issued.

Service Description

  • The “Service” refers to The Mobile Spa’s web applications and booking platforms.
  • The Service connects customers with wellness professionals (“Providers”) who deliver in-person treatments.
  • You are granted limited permission to use the Service for personal use only.
  • The Mobile Spa can restrict your access or modify the Service at any time without notice.

Registration Requirements

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Providers must enter into a separate Provider Agreement.
  • If you provide false information, The Mobile Spa may terminate your access.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • Parents/guardians may book treatments for minors but must:
    • Indicate they are booking for a dependent
    • Specify the minor’s age
    • Be present in the same room during the entire appointment

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password.
  • You must notify The Mobile Spa immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Proper Use

  • You may only use the Service for lawful purposes as intended.
  • You may not damage, disable, or overburden the Service.
  • You may not attempt unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or systems.

Risk Acknowledgment

  • The Mobile Spa does not recommend specific providers.
  • The Mobile Spa verifies provider credentials but cannot guarantee their accuracy.
  • Treatments may carry inherent risks which you voluntarily assume.
  • You are responsible for your choices before, during, and after appointments.
  • You should maintain your own insurance coverage.

Booking Treatments

  • All treatments are for therapeutic purposes only.
  • Inappropriate requests or behavior will result in immediate removal from the Service.
  • Treatments may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions.
  • You should consult a physician if uncertain about treatment appropriateness.
  • Fees may vary based on length, day, time, or location of appointment.

Liability and Disputes

  • The Mobile Spa assumes no liability for services provided by Providers.
  • Once you book with a Provider through The Mobile Spa, all subsequent appointments with that Provider must be made through The Mobile Spa.
  • You agree to pay all fees, even if you dispute the charges.
  • The Mobile Spa may mediate disputes between you and Providers, but resolution must ultimately be between you and the Provider.
  • All sales are final with no refunds except at The Mobile Spa’s discretion.

Cancellations

To respect the Providers’ time and ensure fair compensation for lost opportunities, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made with 3 to 4 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service Fee.
  • Cancellations made with 1 to 2 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service Fee.
  • Cancellations made with less than 1 hour’s notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notification (a “no-show”), will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service Fee.

This fee is intended to compensate the Provider for the time allocated and the missed opportunity, and is not a refund for the service itself. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this policy is necessary to ensure the Providers are fairly compensated for their time and travel.
